About
Founded in 1889 and re-focused in 2017 the WAPA aims to represent and support all Poultry clubs and their events and promote WA poultry interests at a national level. We aim to set up and maintain a judges register and judges training to ensure all clubs in WA have access to a range of quality local judges.
In 2018 The West Australian Poultry Association Inc. became the governing state body for WA Poultry Societies.

Welcome to the 2025 State Poultry Show, proudly presented by the WA Poultry Association Inc.
Not only is this the states biggest poultry show event but it is a fantastic opportunity to admire a wide variety of high-standard breeds from all over the state.
Join us and meet exceptional breeders and see who has this year’s champion birds, while also inviting the public to explore the joys of chicken keeping through valuable advice and education. Over 2 exciting days, enjoy the Poultry Auction, Presentation Dinner, and a selection of engaging trade stands, alongside our raffle.
